What pests does the $189 service cover?

The initial general pest service covers the common pests we see year-round — ants, roaches, spiders, wasps, silverfish, earwigs, and similar interior and exterior pests.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. You’ll only sign a 4-month agreement which includes your initial treatment & one additional treatment (plus, anything you might need in between). No need to sign a new agreement after the 4-months, service will continue until you decide otherwise.

How long does the initial service take?

Most initial general pest services take about 45 to 60 minutes depending on the size of the home and how much exterior treatment is needed.

What does the free rodent inspection include?

We check the attic, garage, crawl space (when accessible), and the exterior of the home for active rodent activity and likely entry points. You get a clear recommendation and a quote before any work starts.

Do you do exclusion work?

Yes. Trapping handles the rodents already inside, but exclusion — sealing the entry points — is what keeps them from coming back.

Is there a charge if you find rodents?

The inspection itself is free. If you decide to move forward with trapping and exclusion work, we will give you a clear price before we start.

What does the free termite inspection include?

A full walk-through of the property looking for active termites, mud tubes, prior damage, and conditions that invite termites. You get a clear recommendation before any treatment is scheduled.

How long does the inspection take?

Most termite inspections take 30 to 45 minutes depending on the size of the property and how much of the structure is accessible.

What if you find active termites?

We will walk you through the options — pre-treatments, bait stations, or the premium rod treatment for active infestations — and give you a clear price. No pressure.
